PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rain gear capable of protecting a luggage and a person carrying it from wind and/or rainfall. SOLUTION: This rain gear protects from rain and/or wind by the weight of urethane rods on both ends thereof or that of a plastic sheet itself thereon, and in case of heavier rain and/or wind, it is perfect if both of them are simultaneously used.
