摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic inspection device capable of removing deficiency of a conventional device, concerning flaw detection in a screw tooth flank in which an ultrasonic wave can be emitted only in the device axial center direction and flaw detection of the test object circumference is difficult. SOLUTION: A sensor guide plate 114 composed of a fixing jig having a toroidal gear, an encoder gear 116 for rotating by interlocking with a gear 117 installed in a gap between the fixing jig and a test object, an encoder 115 for detecting a rotation angle around the test object from the rotation of the gear, an angle UT sensor 110 for emitting an ultrasonic wave movable in the radius direction of the test object and having a prescribed angle of refraction to the inside of the test object, and receiving a reflected echo from the vertical face of the test object circumference and no reflected echo of a flaw part, or the like, is installed on the upper end of a support on the test object circumference. Hereby, detection of a flaw inside the test object center and detection of a minute flaw on the circumference are enabled by the ultrasonic wave in the test object axial center direction. In detection of only a flaw inside the test object circumference, adjustment of the test object upper face and the opposite lower face into an accurate parallel faces is not required.
