PURPOSE: A burner for an annealing furnace is provided in which an air distribution part increasing mixing efficiency of gas and air is integrated with a heat source storage part storing a heat source in front of the air distribution part so as to improve combustion efficiency of a main burner for the annealing furnace heat treating a cold steel sheet. CONSTITUTION: The burner for an annealing furnace comprises an air distribution part(10) which is equipped with an air distribution tube(20) having air suction holes(22) formed along the rear circumference and plural air distribution holes(24a,24b) formed on projection parts of the outer and inner parts, wherein a main burner pipe(30) and an auxiliary burner pipe(40) are inserted into the inner side of the air distribution tube(20); a burner nozzle part which is integrally connected to a main burner(30) at the inner side of the front part of the air distribution tube(20), and which is equipped with a flame holder(54), wherein plural gas discharging holes(52a,52b) discharging a gas are formed at the outer part and the front part of the flame holder(54); and a heat source storage part(60) which is equipped with a storage tube(70) consisting of inner and outer pipes, wherein the storage tube(70) is installed in front of a connection part(72) screw linked to the center of the flame holder(54), a storage column(78) is laterally installed inside the inner pipe, plural storage pins(78a) storing a heat source are formed on the outer circumferential surface of the storage column(78), and a waveform flame distribution pipe(80) is installed between the inner and outer pipes.
