PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire resistance chaff board which uses chaff as the main raw material by making use of chaff's merit of heat insulating property, anticorrosion property, light weight and abundant supply and by utilizing water base film forming inorganic compound to overcome chaff's demerit of inflammability. SOLUTION: Chaff 20 is processed into board 30 by making chaff 20 into board form prior to drying of water base film making inorganic compound and then drying the compound after the forming of the board. This is the manufacturing method of fire resistance chaff board 10. |
