PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image-forming method by which the productivity for forming images is enhanced and a high-quality image is formed without color slurring. SOLUTION: A color copying machine is provided with a carrying belt 21 for carrying recording paper through 1st to 4th image-forming parts. In order to correct the color slurring of a color image formed on the recording paper, a pair of superposing marks Sf and Sr is formed on the belt 21 with a prescribed timing. For example, the superposing mark Sf on a front side is formed by partially superposing four superposing marks Yf, Mf, Cf and Kf. The respective superposing marks have 1st line segments yf1, mf1, cf1 and kf1, extending along in the width direction of the belt 21, that is, in the main scanning direction, and 2nd line segments yf2, mf2, cf2 and kf2 inclined and extended from one end of the 1st line segment. The tilt angles of the 2nd line segments to the 1st line segments of the respective wedge marks are respectively set to angles characteristic of the corresponding image forming parts. |
