PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a skin care preparation capable of preventing flabby skin, deletion of gloss, or the like, besides prevention of chapped skin and improvement in chapped skin and having a high effect on prevention of aging. SOLUTION: This skin care preparation is obtained by formulating one or more kinds of extracted solutions of plants selected from Sophora angustifolia, Acacia catechu, Eugenia aromatica, Saxifraga stolonifera, hop, rosemary, lithospermum root, Hypericum erectum Thunb, Hypericium perforatium L. and tea with tranexamic acid as active ingredients. |
