<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing langasite-type crystal where a cylindrical crystal is obtained by using the Czochralski method. SOLUTION: After the cylindrical tube 9 having its top surface 9A and under surface 9B, which have apertures, is fixed in the lifting bar 8, it is moved into the pot 5. Then, the ablative solution 6 having a liquid level lower than the top surface 9A of the tube 9 is prepared in the pot, the tube 9 is pulled up together with the lifting rod 8 by the use of the ablative solution 6, and then the crystal is prepared by the Chokuralsky' method.</p> |
