PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame retardant resin-bonded nonwoven fabric exhibiting flame retardancy meeting the UL94 standard, hardly generating a toxious gas because of halogen free, and useful as functional parts for such as dustproof, binding, shading, cushioning in various kinds of instruments or machines. SOLUTION: This nonwoven fabric is obtained by impregnating 20-150 pts.wt. emulsion resin obtained by mixing 40-70 pts.wt. acrylic resin with 60-30 pts.wt. phosphorus-based flame retardant with 100 pts.wt. web obtained by carrying out mixed spinning of a flame retardant rayon fiber having the phosphorus-based flame retardant compounded therewith, with a flame-proofed fiber obtained by partially carbonizing a normal rayon fiber and/or a polyacrylonitrile fiber.
