PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a facility stoppage trouble by promptly discovering insulation deterioration points. SOLUTION: Thermometers 50A, 50B and 50C are set to a moving machine 42. The surface temperature of insulators 11A, 11B and 11C as supports for phases 10A, 10B and 10C of the trolley is measured, in matching with the movement of the moving machine 42 moves. Insulation deterioration points are specified, by catching heating due to the deterioration of the insulators.
