PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unloading hydraulic circuit capable of restraining an oil hammer without enhancing relief pressure at unloading time. SOLUTION: In this unloading hydraulic circuit having a relief valve 9 for performing unloading operation on the basis of vent pressure of a vent circuit 103 having a shockless valve 22, a bypass valve means 201 of a low pressure loss is parallelly arranged to the relief valve 9, and the bypass valve means 201 is opened by delaying after the relief valve 9 performs the unloading operation.
