ORGANIC FERTILIZER CONTAINING NITROGEN-FIXING MICROBES AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An organic fertilizer containing N-fixing microbes prepared by mixing N-fixing microbe with polymer gel is provided to improve the soil and help the growth of plants. CONSTITUTION: The organic fertilizer containing N-fixing microbes comprises 1-15wt.% of polymer gel solution, maple syrup, 0.1-20wt.% of N-fixing microbes such as azotobactervinelandii JC-01 KCTC0795BP and clostridium pasteurianum JC- 02KCTC0795BP, and 50-98wt.% of microbe nutrients comprising 5-30wt.% of grain syrup, 1-30wt.% of milk and 40-80wt.% of dechlorinated water. The preparation method is as follows: adding microbe nutrients to a water-soluble polymer gel solution with a low molecular weight; culturing N-fixing microbes for 7days in an anaerobic condition after culturing inoculated microbes at 25-42deg.C for 7days; and mixing the polymer gel solution with N-fixing microbes. The resultant organic fertilizer diluted to water is spread on plants in fertilization.
