PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing rice-noodles using dropwort, which needles consist of rice, glutinous rice, brown rice and dropwort. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: washing dropwort with clean water then dewatering and drying the dropwort with wind; grinding it finely to prepare powdery dropwort; adding 20kg of glutinous rice powder into 60kg of water then boiling the mixture at 100 deg.C for 0.5-1 hour to prepare gruel; mixing 30kg of rice powder, 20kg of brown rice powder and 40kg of dropwort powder in the gruel and mixing them thoroughly; preparing noodle strips using an extruder. |
