<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance detection accuracy and reliability by preventing a filler for circuit protection from sticking to the back surface side of a detecting element. SOLUTION: The base 11 of a flow sensor 10 is supported by a supporting pedestal 19 with the base mounted on the mounting pedestal 17 in a base storing recessed part 9. A thin part 13 is provided on the surface side of the base 11 by forming a recessed hollow part 12 on its back surface side, and a temperature sensitive resistor 14 to detect an air flow is provided on the thin part 13. A filler intercepting wall 21 is provided on the bottom part side of the base storing recessed part 9, and the filler intercepting wall 21 intercepts the filler 22 for circuit protection, which is filled in the casing 3 side, flowing into the recessed hollow part 12 through a ventilating groove 20 positioned on the back surface side of the base 11. Thereby, the filler 22 prevents detection accuracy of the flow from being lowered by sticking to the vicinity of the back surface of the temperature sensitive resistor 14.</p> |
