<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulp mold tray which is superior in insulating characteris tic, heat retention characteristic, container rigidity, water resistant characteristic, sealing characteristic and appearance, and its producing method. SOLUTION: The main body inner face of this integrally formed pulp mold tray is laminated with an inner plastic mold layer and the main body outer face of the same is laminated with an outer plastic mold layer. The plastic mold layer on the inner face is formed by vacuum mold or vacuum pressure mold, and the plastic layer on the outer face is formed by skin packing method integrally.</p> |
