PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casing for centrifugal compressor and a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The casing for centrifugal compressor is nearly cylindrical shape of main body, the inside of which inside is hollow having a longitudinal axis thereof. The inside cavity of the casing having an interior central longitudinal axis which is practically coincide with the rotating longitudinal axis of the compressor, this longitudinal axis is offset towards the vertical direction regarding the central longitudinal axis of the outside face of cylindrical shape of the main body, so that the casing possesses an eccentric shape having portions of different thicknesses which can be able to make district capable to form fitting points for a counter frange of gas inlet and a counter frange of gas outlet. The present invention also relates to a method of manufacturing the casing for centrifugal compressor. |
