PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable hydraulic driving device superior in operability on both, the low load side and the high load side and causing no hunting in the hydraulic driving device having plural hydraulic actuators of a hydraulic excavator. SOLUTION: In this hydraulic driving device having a variable pump 2, the respectively plural hydraulic actuators 10 and 20, directional control valves 8 and 18 and pressure compensating valves 41, 42, 4 and 14, at least one of the pressure compensating valves 41, 42, 4 and 14 reduces a flow rate of the pressure compensating valves communicating with the actuators according to an increase in load pressure of the respective actuators.
