PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baseboard structure for use in a floor structure for attenuating impact sound of a floor, which facilitates and ensures securement of an air passage above and below the floor, and is excellent in workability and appearance. SOLUTION: The baseboard for use in a structure for attenuating impact sound of the floor, includes baseboard mounting bodies 1, a lower baseboard 5, and an upper baseboard 4. The baseboard mounting bodies 1 each have a substrate portion 11 fixed to a wall body, engaging projections 12 and 13 projecting from the substrate portion 11 toward the interior of a room, and an engaging portion 14 projecting from an upper portion of the substrate 11 toward the interior of the room. Then, the baseboard mounting bodies are mounted on the wall body at predetermined horizontal intervals. The lower baseboard 5 has a mounting body 7 including engaging projections 18 and 19 which are projected toward the wall body and engageable with the engaging projections 12 and 13 of the baseboard mounting, respectively. The upper baseboard 4 has a fitting groove 21 into which the engaging portion 14 of the baseboard mounting body 1 is fitted to engage therewith. Further, a gap D is formed between an upper surface of the lower baseboard 5 and a lower edge of the upper baseboard 4.
