PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coolant supply device for a pavement road surface working vehicle enabling working for a comparatively long time even when the volumes of a waste liquid storage tank and a coolant tank (cleaning liquid tank) are small. SOLUTION: In a state that at first, the waste liquid storage tank 44 and the cleaning liquid tank 48 are filled with a coolant, while a circulation in which the coolant is supplied from the cleaning liquid tank 48 to a pavement road surface cutting vehicle 10 and waste liquid from a pavement road surface 14 is recovered to the waste liquid storage tank 44 is continued and a part of waste liquid is repeatedly reused, the inside of the waste liquid storage tank 44 is filled with condensed condensate waste liquid, and since the waste liquid is supplied to the pavement road surface cutting vehicle 10 until it is flowed out to the inside of the cleaning liquid tank 10, working is enabled for a comparatively long time even when the volumes of the waste liquid storage tank 44 and the cleaning liquid tank 48 are small.
