PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hull centering device capable of dispensing with large actuating force, enlarging an expanding/contracting stroke, and making the size thereof compact. SOLUTION: Guide holding means 20, 21 is installed to vertical fixing frames 18, 19 provided on both end portions of an installing base 17 installed on a track type marine railway 11. The guide holding means 20, 21 comprises movable side upper and lower arms 40 to 43 journaled to upper and lower parts of right and left abutting members 13, 12 at first end portions by first and second pins 36 to 39; fixed side upper and lower arms 32 to 35 journaled to upper and lower parts of the vertical fixing frames 18, 19 at first end portions by third and fourth pins 28 to 31; and coupling vertical arms 48, 49 journaled with second end portions of the fixed side upper arms 32, 33 and the movable side upper arms 40, 41 at upper end portions thereof by fifth pins 44, 45, and jounaled with second end portions of the fixed side lower arms 34, 35, and the movable side lower arms 42, 43 at lower end portions thereof by sixth pins 46, 47.
