PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working accuracy of a notch and to reduce manufacturing cost by utilizing a bar-shaped support member insertable via a tip opening part of a stay leg part. SOLUTION: The bar-shaped support member 40 provided with a supporting surface 41 insertable into the stay leg part 14 and capable of supporting a stay inner wall projecting part 14b formed by molding of the notch 15 and a cut-out surface 42 which is located adjacently to the supporting surface 41 in a peripheral direction and does not interfere with the stay inner wall projecting part 14b is used. Before molding of the notch 15, the support member 40 inserted into the stay leg part 14 is held in attitude at a first position where the supporting surface 41 is directed to the side of a pressing and projecting piece 32. After the completion of the molding of the notch 15, the support member 40 is displaced to a second position where the cut-out surface 42 is situated on the side of the stay inner wall projecting part 14b and is extracted form the stay leg part 14 under this state.
