PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an accident of a pedestrian caused by reduction of traveling noise due to introduction of an electric car by an inexpensive device. SOLUTION: The accident is prevented by providing a laser beam sensing device (1), a radio wave sensing device (2) and a speaker (3) on the front part of the electric car and originating normally comfortable automobile traveling noise (simulated traveling noise) by a noise sensing device (4) controlled by a computer. In an emergency, the accident is avoided by sound by a transmission to a cellphone of the pedestrain. Electromagnetically traveling records are left in the noise sensing device/sound volume control device controlled by the computer.
