PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a thermal margin and heat removal performance to a fuel rod. SOLUTION: A plurality of flow tabs 19 projecting from the upper end part of a support band 18 for composing a nearly square frame body are formed in parallel with the support band 18. A cutout 20 is provided at the central tip part of each of the flow tabs 19 for dividing into two, and the tip part of the flow tabs 19 being divided into two is bent toward the fuel rod 3 for projecting a bent part 21. A liquid drip during a bi-phase flow is distributed to the surface of the fuel rod 3 by the tip part of the projected flow tabs 19, thus improving the thermal margin effect and heat removal effect.
