PURPOSE: An automatic controlling method of apparatus for manufacturing fermentative manure of organic wastes is provided, which is characterized in that the back and forth movement and vertical vibration of a mixing frame are repeated to make hardened wastes pass through when a motor is overloaded due to waste stuck in machine. CONSTITUTION: The controlling method comprises the steps of: (i) putting on a circuit breaker and then choosing a hand/auto rotary switch; (ii) lighting a power lamp and running a hydraulic pump; (iii) descending a mixing frame, moving it forward, and checking the overload of motor; (iv) repeating back and forth movement and vertical vibration of the mixing frame to divide into pieces, resulting in passing hardened materials when overload occurs; (v) carrying the materials after moving of the frame, and checking to reach the fixed number; (vi) re-performing the (iii) step if not being reached the fixed number; and returning the mixing frame to the start position if being reached to the fixed number. |
