PURPOSE: A grizzly bar for preventing scattering of dust of a storage bin is provided which prevents dust from being scattered, thus being discharged into the outside during charging of fuel or raw material by opening the upper part of the storage bin corresponding to a tripper horizontally moved for charging the fuel or raw material and closing the upper part of the storage bin not corresponding to the tripper. CONSTITUTION: In a facility which is equipped with a tripper(2) horizontally moved along the upper part of plural storage bins(1) so as to charge fuel or raw material into the storage bins through a chute(2a) of the tripper, the grizzly bar for preventing scattering of dust of the storage bin comprises a movable part which is operated when it corresponds to the tripper(2), wherein movable rolls(12) interfered with an operating plate(11) of the lower end of the chute are mounted on the upper part of movable bases(13), fixed bases(14) into which movable axes of the movable bases penetrates is mounted on plural rectangular pipes(15) installed parallel to each other on the upper part of the storage bin, and the movable part is equipped with a spring between the movable bases and the fixed bases so as to ascend the descended movable axes; and a bar rotation part which opens the upper part of the storage bin when the bar rotation part corresponds to the tripper(2), wherein horizontal operating axes are assembled at the lower part of the movable axes, connectors of arms which are rotationally assembled into rotational holes of the rectangular pipes and have fixed plates are connected to the horizontal operating axes, and the bar rotation part is equipped with plural grizzly bars(31) between opposite fixed plates.
