PURPOSE: A device for preventing clogging in silicon adding, removing agent is provided to install a valve controlling discharge amount of silicon adding, removing agent by installing a rotary feeder and to improve quality of molten iron by discharging the silicon adding, removing agent through a lower chute. CONSTITUTION: A clogging preventing device of silicon adding, removing agent comprises a chute(10) mounted on a truck(14); a wheel(12) formed on the chute to move; a first driving motor(16) supplying rotational power into the wheel; a shaft(13) moving the wheel; a block(42) fixed on a cover; a gear(17) formed on the first driving motor; a rotary feeder(18) installed in the middle of the chute; a second driving motor(20) rotating the rotary feeder; a pulley(20a) mounted on the second driving motor; a belt(22) connecting the pulley on the second driving motor; a rotational shaft(19) arranged on the rotary feeder; a chute pipe(24) formed on a lower portion of the chute; a valve(26) controlling amount of the silicon adding, removing agent by being mounted on the chute pipe; a valve guide groove(28) vertically formed on discharging direction of the silicon adding, removing agent from the chute; a discharge hole(30); and a screw unit(32) formed on a lower face of the chute pipe.
