PURPOSE: An online credit card issue system using an anonymous advance payment credit card and a method thereof are provided to prevent user information from being exposed on an online commerce. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal(1) accesses the Internet. A host server(3) communicates with the user terminal(1). The host server(3) includes a plurality of credit cards. When a user pays limited money of a credit card through the user terminal(1), the host server(3) provides a credit card number to the user by selecting one of the plurality of credit cards so that the user can use corresponding money. A card management server(35) gives the credit card number to the user of the user terminal(1). A database(37) stores a plurality of credit card numbers, a user information of the user terminal(1), and a limit money information and a use money information by credit card numbers. An SQL server(38) stores data in the database(37).
