PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolating device capable of ensuring the smooth operation, while contriving the expansion of an air chamber for a rolling seal type air spring employed as a means of making the cycle longer. SOLUTION: An air spring 11 is constituted of an inner structural component 13 protruding upward from a base 12, an outer structural component 14 covering the upper end of the inner structural component, and a rolling-seal component 15 that seals the clearance between the inner and the outer structural components while allowing relative movement of both of them. The inner structural component is, at its upper opening end 13a, opened toward the opposing outer structural component, and its hollow part 13b that is extended to the opening makes a cylindrical form and thus increases the volume of the air room. On the outer circumference of the inner structural component projections and depression 20 running in the direction of its circumference, are formed in the smooth shape of waves, and along these projections and depressions the inner periphery of the rolling-seal component is raised or lowered, and thus length of the inner circumference of the rolling-seal component 15b is made equal to that of the outer circumference 15a. Along the outside surface of the folded-back part of the rolling-seal component a cable 30 is provided, which receives the air pressure.
