PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent omission of mounting for an abnormality corrective action process which must be performed when inputting of an input signal is stopped, in an electronic control device performing the process synchronized with the periodic input signal from an external device. SOLUTION: In the case that a plurality of signal synchronizing process programs and an abnormality corrective action process program in the same number thereto are used, the signal synchronizing process program and the abnormality corrective action process program are controlled by a pair of tables consisting of a signal synchronizing process table (a) and an abnormality corrective action process table (b). In this way, whether the abnormality corrective action process program respectively corresponding to the individual signal synchronizing process program can be prepared or not without omission can be easily confirmed from the side of a program constitution. By additionally limiting even an inspection objective range, reduction of work can be expected.
