PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience for use of a locking device in a one-door and two-lock form. SOLUTION: First upper and lower operating arms 23, 23 are integrally connected to each other via an interlocking lever 26 with the engagement of interlocking notches 33 formed in the ends of a pair of control levers 29, 29 carried on the interlocking lever 26 with an engagement pin 25 at the end of a second operating arm 24. By giving locking operation to one cylinder lock, the other cylinder lock is locked at the same time and a dead bolt is protruded to the direction of locking.
