PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a stepped section formed in the joint of an enveloping board such as a roof board, an exterior wall board or the like, and to form a flat enveloping surface proper to tiling or the like. SOLUTION: Long-sized beltlike enveloping boards 14 are extended onto substrate materials 2, in which a plurality of recessed grooves 4 are formed, so that the side sections of the enveloping boards 14 are projected into the recessed grooves 4, 18. Engaging receiving sections 10c and board receiving sections 10a and 10b are disposed into the recessed grooves 4, the engaging sections 12c of connecting materials 12, in which holding sections 12a, 12b and the engaging sections 12c are formed in a T shape, are engaged with the engaging receiving sections 10c, and the side sections of the enveloping boards 14 are held by the holding sections 12a and 12b of the connecting materials 12 and the board receiving sections 10a, 10b. Lower plate sections 14b with approximately the same stepped sections as the thickness of the holding sections 12a and 12b are formed to the side sections of the enveloping boards 14, the undersides of the lower plate sections 14b are supported by the board receiving sections 10a and 10b, and the top faces of the holding sections 12a and 12b are positioned onto approximately the same extension planes as the top faces of the main plate sections 14a, 32a of the enveloping boards 14.
