FIXED PART OF EXPOSED COLUMN BASE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed part of an exposed column base capable of reducing the rotational rigidity of the base by means of a simple structure. SOLUTION: The fixed part of the exposed column base is formed by fixing the baseplate 5 of the column base 1 to a foundation by means of anchor bolts 3 embedded in the foundation 2, the base 1 having flanges 1b and 1b at both ends of a web 1a. The anchor bolts are positioned between the flanges of the base and a support member 4 is inserted into each anchor bolt and interposed between the baseplate of the base and the foundation.
