PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a setting structure for a waterproof floor pan, which is good in workability so that the location on which the waterproof floor pan is set, can be determined by using a single fixture. SOLUTION: The waterproof floor pans 1 and 1 pairing up with each other, each include a corner portion 8 which is defined by a transverse erect edge 5 and a longitudinal erect edge 6. The fixture A is arranged at a location between the corner portions 8 and 8, and shaped like a groove in cross section. Further, a connecting piece 9 which has both edges of the groove in cross section functioning as respective fixing portions 10, and a positioning piece 11 which extends in a direction orthogonal to the connecting piece 9, are formed in one body like an almost T shape as viewed in a plan view. Then, the connecting piece 9 is arranged so as to cross over the pair of opposed transverse erect edges 5, and the fixing portions 10 are brought into contact with the transverse erect edges 5 and fixed to the same by means of fastening tools 12 such as screws. Further, the positioning piece 11 is brought into contact with the corresponding longitudinal erect edges 6 via a gap 7 between the waterproof floor pans 1 and 1, and the positioning piece 11 is fixed to the longitudinal erect edges 6 by means of fastening tools 13 such as screws. In this manner, the waterproof floor pans are set.
