PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water saving loose disk which can be easily produced, has a degree-of-freedom in setting a water saving amount, and therefore is suitable for water saving. SOLUTION: The water saving loose disk is incorporated in an internal channel such as a faucet, to thereby throttle a spout amount and regulate the spout amount by channel resistance. The water saving loose disk is a combination of a first member 1 arranged on an upstream side and a second member 3 detachably attached to the same and arranged on a downstream side. The first member 2 has an inflow passage 2c which penetrates through the first member 2, and the second member 3 has a detention portion 3b and an outflow passage 3c which serially penetrate through the second member 3. The detention portion 3b communicates with the inflow passage 2c and is larger in diameter than the inflow passage 2c, and the outflow passage 3c communicates with the detention portion 3b.
