PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for recycling waste paint to eliminate offensive odor generated in drying waste paint, a method for recycling waste paint using the apparatus and a product obtained from the method. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus includes a rotating dehydrator(100) for making waste paint into a cake shape using the centrifugal force of a screw; a first dryer(110) for drying the paint cake, equipped with a single or twin screw extruder; a second dryer(120) for drying the paint cake, equipped with a vacuum drier; first and second grinders(130,140) to grind the paint cake; a separator(150) for separating the paint powders according to their densities; and first and second dust collectors(180,190) for collecting dust, vapor and gases generated from the first and second dryers, the first and the second grinders and the separator.
