PURPOSE: Provided is an automatic apparatus for production of the titled dumpling in the shape of a noodle having a diameter of 5 to 9mm and a ratio of a diameter to length of 1:20 to 50. Therefore, the dumpling perhaps arouses customer's curiosity. CONSTITUTION: A forming roller(7)(8) comprises a main forming roller(7) driven by a motor and a passive roller(8) that is under no-load operation while bringing into contact with the main forming roller. Semicircular grooves(9) are continuously formed along a circumferential direction in the medium portion of the contacting part of the main forming roller and the passive roller to extrude a dumpling filled with a stuffing material through each groove of the main forming roller and the passive roller, and a cutter(11) is formed on one side of the grooves of the main forming roller to cut the extruded dumpling.
