PURPOSE: A system for opening new deposit and installment accounts of a bank through the Internet is provided to simplify procedure for opening new accounts by opening new accounts as soon as an identify of a client having the exist deposit account is confirmed, thereby maximizing business efficiency of the bank and increasing clients. CONSTITUTION: A client connects to an Internet banking service for being authenticated as an Internet banking user. The client connects to a new Internet deposit and installment accounts service. The contents of accounts are displayed and it is confirmed whether the client agrees with the contents. If agreed, a selection screen of deposit, installment, and trust deposit accounts is displayed and a withdrawal account number input window is displayed for inputting account selection and account number. A withdrawal account of the client is searched from a client information database for verifying new account opening qualification. A virtual account is opened by newly processing a virtual bankbook of a new account. Installment and interests during the stipulated time are automatically transferred to the virtual account and the stipulated money is automatically deposited to the withdrawal account if the stipulated time has expired or the virtual account is terminated in the middle.
