<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical distribution system and a physical distribution method having a physical distribution center capable of maintaining existing commercial stream and reducing physical distribution cost and having a wholesale function as a nucleus. SOLUTION: In the physical distribution system consisting of wholesale trade managed by the center having a function of the batch physical distribution center, the other wholesale trade, a maker, and sales shops, the wholesale trade managed by the center has the information indicating account balancing trade relation among each maker, wholesale trade, and sales shops and a means for preparing transfer data transferring sales of delivered goods to wholesale trade having account balancing trade relation with sales shops from the wholesale trade managed by the center for the maker having account balancing trade relation with the sales shops when commodities are delivered to the sales shops having no account balancing trade relation with itself from the stock of the wholesale trade managed by the center. The maker corrects the data related to stocking of the wholesale trade managed by the center and the data related to stocking of the wholesale trade having account balancing trade relation with the sales shops and has a means for transferring sales for the wholesale trade managed by the center and the wholesale trade having account balancing trade relation with the sales shops.</p> |
