<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headlight control device for switching lighting and light- out of a headlight automatically or by giving preference to will of a driver. SOLUTION: This headlight control device 1 for controlling lighting and light-out of the vehicular headlight 2, is provided with a vehicle speed sensor (a travel state detecting means) 16 for detecting whether a vehicle is a stopping state or a traveling state, a light switch 4 for operating ON/OFF of the headlight 2, a push switch 5 (a manual switch) capable of operating ON/OFF of the headlight 2 in preference to the light switch 4 only at vehicle stopping time and a lighting forgetfulness preventive control part a-2 (a control means) for lighting the headlight 2 when the vehicle starts to travel from the stopping state in a light-out state of the headlight 2.</p> |
