PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tandem-type full color image forming device, capable of effectively suppressing deterioration of color toner which is used less frequently. SOLUTION: In this tandem-type full color image forming device, both a photoreceptor drum and a developing roller in a developing device are driven, to be rotated both in a monochrome image-forming area and a color image forming area at forming of a full color image. At the formation of a monochrome image, both the photoreceptor drum and the developing roller in the developing device are driven to rotate in the monochrome image-forming area, and the photoreceptor drum is driven to rotate but the developing roller in the developing device is not driven to rotate or is driven to rotate at a speed lower than that at the formation of the full color image in the color image forming area. |
