PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner mounted in a ceiling wherein cleaning and maintenance inspection for the whole of an air fan such as a fan runner and a driving motor of the same can be achieved simply in a short time, and cleaning and maintenance inspection for the inside of a heat exchange coil can be achieved simply in a short time. SOLUTION: In an air conditioner mounted in a ceiling where a heat exchange coil is disposed around an air fan, a driving motor and a fan runner of the air fan are integrally mounted on a cover. There is provided rotation/ movement means for making the cover and the air fan rotatable to separate and move it from the heat exchange coil. |
