METHOD FOR MONITORING AND RECORDING INFORMATION UTILIZABLE FOR MAINTENANCE OF ELEVATOR WITH BRAKE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining information important to maintenance or repair by monitoring operation of an elevator. SOLUTION: A parameter of an elevator is monitored and when this parameter is recognized to be important for maintenance or repair, a feature is recorded in a log in a time series together with a related attribute. All the related and recorded features are separated from the same type of features or not related and recorded other type of features by a split signboard means including a time stamp, a date stamp, a duration and the number of floors.
