PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographic processing device which is capable of easily assuring the amount of stock meeting the processing ability in a standby section without changing the design over the entire part of the device in order to form the size of a stowage chamber for allowing photosensitive materials to stand by to the size meeting the processing ability for printing. SOLUTION: This photographic processing device has the standby section 61 for allowing the long-sized photosensitive materials P to stand by temporarily during the transportation thereof. The standby section 61 described above is composed of a standby unit 6 having the stowage chamber 62 for the photosensitive materials P which is made mountable and dismountable to and from the device body 1. The standby unit 6 is constituted in such a manner that the unit may be assembled in mid-way of the transporting route for the photosensitive materials P in the device body 1.
