PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a cosmetic free from stickiness, excellent in smooth spreadability, having excellent cosmetic durability due to high water and oil resistances, excellently fitting the skin and having excellent stability with time. SOLUTION: This cosmetics contain a component (a) of a fluorine-modified silicone and a component (b) of an acryl-silicone graft copolymer obtained by copolymerizing an organo polysiloxane compound having a radically polymerizable group at one terminal of its molecular chain and a radically polymerizable monomer mainly composed of a 16-22C alkyl(meth)acrylate. Further, any one of the cosmetics containing the component (a) in an amount of 1-30 mass % and the component (b) in an amount of 1-20 mass % in a cosmetic; any one of the cosmetics which is an emulsified cosmetic; any one of the cosmetics which is a W/O-type cosmetic; and any one of the cosmetic which is an oil-soluble cosmetic are included.
