PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate fastening operation of a mounting block onto a fixing rail. SOLUTION: A brace fitting for contact with the surfaces of flange portions 21c of a fixing rail, or a DIN rail, 21 is fixed in a mounting block, or an end block 18 to be fastened to the DIN rail 21, and a male screw member turnably set in the end block 18 has a small-diameter portion 47 and a stopper. A swing fitting is swingably integrated in the brace fitting, and the swing fitting has a female screw portion for screwed engagement with the male screw portion of the male screw member, and jaw portions 44 for holding the flange portions 21c in between together with the brace fitting. A compression spring 51 is interposed between the brace fitting and the swing fitting to apply resilience to the swing fitting in the direction to separate it from the brace fitting.
