PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer for lamination which has a good adhessiveness to a polyolefin resin. SOLUTION: This polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer for laminating on the polyolefin resin comprises (A) a partially or completely crosslinked ethylene.α- olefin copolymer comprising mainly ethylene and α-olefin copolymer having carbons of 3-20 (B) a polyolefin resin (C) a dynamically vulcanized polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer having oil for rubber as a main component. The ethylene.α-olefin copolymer has a copolymerization ratio of 20-60 wt.%, a density of <0.880 g/cm3, and a content of oil for rubber of <40 pts.wt, based on the ethylene.α-olefin copolymer of 100 pts.wt.
