The gripper for metal sheets has suction cups (26,28, 30, 32) mounted on the ends of four toothed arms (18, 20, 22, 24) arranged to form a cross with each pair of parallel rods on different levels. Each pair cooperates with teeth on a central cogwheel (46) , so that they can be simultaneously moved in and out by rotating it using a toothed control rod (72) mounted on a third level. |
