PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an electrolytic capacitor is provided to remove residual oxidizer and monomer in a void of the capacitor thus to facilitate impregnation process, thereby improving performance of the capacitor. CONSTITUTION: A mixture of tantalum power and a binder is formed and then a lead wire is inserted thereto(S10). The forming mixture is sintered by a heating process so as to remove the binder(S20). After the forming and the sintering processes, the capacitor device is picked out from a sintering bath to be dried out. Even after the drying, residual oxidizer and monomer are existed in a void of the capacitor device. To remove the residual oxidizer and monomer, the dried-out capacitor device is cleaned in the pure water for some time(S30). After cleaning process, Ta2O5 and MnO2 forming processes, assembly process(S60), shape-forming process(S70), aging process(S80), and marking process(S90) are successively implemented. |
