PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to make adhesive a fluoroplastic base material low in adhesiveness by a simple method. SOLUTION: A fluoroplastic material sheet made possible to be adhered is obtained by applying an adhesiveness imparting agent to the surface of a fluoroplastic material having no electron beam decay properties, and irradiating the coated-material with electron beam to chemically bond the adhesiveness imparting agent to the fluoroplastic material.
