PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the effect of static electricity due to a separation or peeling after a contact between a metal ball and a synthetic resin member. SOLUTION: An upper tank 3, a lower tank 4, a ball paying out mechanism 5, a discharging gutter 6, a flowing unit 7, an upper tray 8 and a lower tray 9 are formed of a conductive synthetic resin. Then, they are attached to a rear plate 2 made of a metal with fixing screws 13, 16 and 17 made of a metal or connecting members 14 and 15 made of a metal. A panel frame 10 made of a metal is attached to the upper tray 8 and the rear plate 2 with supporting members 18 and 19 made of a metal. Then, a power source device 11 is attached to the rear plate 2 with a fixing screw 20 made of a metal. When the amount of static electricity charged on the rear plate 2 has exceeded a specified value, the static electricity is discharged to the ground of an island side power source 12 from the rear plate 2, through the fixing screw 20, arresters 11b and 11c being built in the power source device 11, and a power source plug 21.
