PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of easily inclining and fixing an angle at a specific position of a convertible table of a stretcher. SOLUTION: A movable stretcher comprises a horizontal base table frame 3 of which the upper part of a base table 2 with casters 1 loads a lower part of a body, and a convertible table frame 5 which loads an upper part of the body transferable from a horizontal state to an almost upright state. A damper pivot shaft 6 is mounted at a central position in the direction of width close to a lower end part lower than a rotational base point 4 in this horizontal base table frame 3. A damper pivot shaft 7 is mounted at a central position 5a of an outside end on the convertible table frame 5. Pivotally supporting parts 8a, 8b which are placed at both ends of a damper 8 sealed with a high pressure gas is pivotally supported. At the pivotally supporting part 8a placed at either end of the damper 8, a constant pressing state is applied in the direction to prevent a rotation of the damper 8 by a pressure of the damper 8 and a spring 9 between the pivotally supporting parts. A break 10 which is decompression controlled by operating a handling lever 11 mounted on the convertible table frame 5 is provided.
